Option 1 - Express Service 

Provides remote support solution for your NBX telephones only and ensures that you have access to phone hardware replacements and telephone support. This services includes the following benefits:

  • 24 x 7 Telephone Technical Support - A certified engineer will help you resolve an unlimited number of incidents quickly and efficiently. Provides access to engineers, with sophisticated replication laboratories 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Next-Business Day Phone-Set Hardware Replacement - A replacement phone will arrive at your site by the next business day.

  • Software Updates - Access to the latest maintenance software updates.

Option 2 - Guardian Service

A complete support solution for customers who need on-site assistance 24 x 7. A Guardian support contract provides the following:

  • Onsite Assistance within four hours - A certified service engineer will arrive to provide on-site assistance or hardware replacement within four hours of when it is determined that a dispatch is required. This assistance is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for system-level problems - single phone failures excluded. This services includes the following benefits:

  • Software Updates - Access to the latest maintenance software updates.

3Com NBX and VCX Support services

InPath has supported the NBX Phone Platform since 1999! When we first started NBX was still owned by the NBX Corporation – who later sold the system to 3Com. 3Com eventually sold the system to Hewlett Packard, and HP eventually discontinued support for the NBX in 2007.

However, we at InPath never stopped our “love affair” with the NBX, and we never stopped supporting the NBX. Thirteen years after factory support for the NBX and the VCX Phone Platforms were discontinued we continue to support both
